Flamen Intl. provides services project to shipping agencies and port service companies, including: operational , strategic , organisational , commercial representation, and other related services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate Agreement or Statement of Work executed between Flamen Intl. and the client.
Each engagement commences upon execution of a signed Agreement and payment of any agreed retainer. Flamen Intl. reserves the right to decline or discontinue any engagement at its discretion. All timelines and deliverables are estimates and may be adjusted by mutual agreement.
Fees are set forth in the applicable Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 calendar days of issuance. Flamen Intl. reserves the right to suspend services in the event of overdue payments. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the client.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information received in the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement and shall remain in force for a period of three (3) years following the end of the engagement, unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement stipulates otherwise.
All frameworks, methodologies, tools, templates, and know-how developed or used by Flamen Intl. remain the exclusive property of Flamen Intl. Deliverables prepared specifically for a client and paid in full may be used by the client for its internal business purposes only. No deliverable may be resold, sublicensed, or publicly distributed without prior written consent from Flamen Intl.
Flamen Intl. provides services based on information available at the time of engagement. All recommendations are made in good faith and to the best of our professional judgment. Flamen Intl. shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the implementation of our recommendations. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the six (6) months preceding any claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
Flamen Intl. reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services or website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
